Securify B.V. retains personal data no longer than necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the data was collected. The following retention periods apply:
Customer and supplier contact data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship. After the relationship ends, data is retained for a maximum of two years. Prospect contact data is retained for a maximum of two years.
Applicant data is retained until one month after the conclusion of the application procedure. Where longer retention is desired, consent is requested, and data is retained for a maximum of 12 months.
Deviations from the above retention periods apply where a legal obligation requires longer retention. In such cases, the statutory period applies. Data may also be retained longer where necessary to enforce or defend legal claims.
Securify B.V. does not share personal data with third parties unless this is necessary for the performance of an agreement, to comply with a legal obligation, or on the basis of a legitimate interest. Sharing on the basis of a legitimate interest occurs only in the context of a merger.
With companies that process personal data on behalf of Securify B.V., a data processing agreement is concluded to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality. Securify B.V. remains responsible for these processing activities.

In addition, Leadinfo places two first-party cookies to evaluate user behaviour on this website, and processes domains from form entries (e.g. "Leadinfo.com") to correlate IP addresses with companies and improve its services. To verify the identity of the requestor, a copy of a valid identity document is required with the request. In this copy, the passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and citizen service number (BSN) are blacked out to protect privacy. Securify B.V. responds as quickly as possible, and within four weeks.
